My first full-body pony vectors were those of the leaders in Hearth's Warming Eve, my favourite episode. I chose them because their clothing (actually costumes, since the mane six were acting them) obscured most of the tapered ends, which made vectoring rather easy. Later on I did the other three ponies from Suited for Success, and then it just expanded from there. The title is a reference to Capablanca chess: there is a piece in that game called the
chancellor that can either move like a rook or knight.
