I encourage everyone to use my vectors - no need to ask, since they're licensed CC-BY-NC-SA 3. I need a link to the original image and require that the derivative be non-commercial, but those are the only two restrictions.

I'm very excited that you used the #MLP-VectorClub sanctioned color guide, but there's something I noticed in her mane and tail. You correctly have the blue turn into light green, but the dark green does not also do that. The dark green should have a gradient from dark to light green, so that when the blue turns to green, it blends into the green stripe next to it. This can be seen in the the reference image.

An additional note on the color guide. It gets updated now and then, so it would be more useful to link to the folder containing it [link] , since that will always have the most up-to-date version. In fact, there have been several additions and corrections since the one you linked was put out.

What's that mean?

It's a pun. Praseodymium's chemical symbol is Pr, but those are also the first two letters of "Princess". So the title can mean "no Princess Celestia, she's gone" or "the Elements are gone, Celestia". Both these happened in the episode.
