The way I compute π is as follows: I take a stargazy pie without the fish and eat it while having a hard disk drive or some other recording medium beside me. As I eat the filling binary digits of π get recorded at an exponentially increasing rate; the recording stops when I finish all the filling. This, of course, wouldn't be possible without the lovely talents of Pinkie Pie.
After the conclusion of the MLP Vector Club mascot contest in November 2013, I was envious at KiOWA213
(who won) because some aspects of his entry
were somewhat questionable (e.g. the cutie mark) – I had been rooting for my own design of Eta Carinae
. Over time, though, I reconciled with him and eventually decided to do a collaboration with him involving the Royal Sisters eating pie. From my sketch of the scene (linked below) I would vector Luna, while he would do Celestia and the background. This is my part in the collaboration without some elements that only make sense in the full image's context: a shadow beneath Luna's entire body like in Rarity's Crown
and a two-tine fork.Reference image
